Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
- A package may be returned for several reasons:
- The address is incorrect or outdated. Typically, the package is held for a variable time by the courier before being returned. Please double-check your address when placing your order.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address after the order shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can evaluate if sending a replacement is possible. However, please note that itβs not guaranteed, as all sales are final and refunds can not be granted.
- If you contacted us about an incorrect address before shipment, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If it's just a spelling mistake, e.g., Loa Angeles, CA, 90210, there's a high chance your local post office would be able to still identify the correct shipping address. Please contact your local post office for further assistance.
- If the street name, zip code, and/or city are incorrect, we will contact your local post office on your behalf to make the necessary corrections. If no longer possible, we will send a replacement.

- Our system may not recognize the way an address was entered, or the package might have been assigned to a carrier that cannot deliver to that address.
- You may have used a restricted address. Orders sent to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may be subject to delivery restrictions.
- The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Most carriers make multiple delivery attempts. If they cannot successfully deliver your package, it will be returned to us.
- The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient may refuse a package if they believe it was delivered in error.
- The address is incorrect or outdated. Typically, the package is held for a variable time by the courier before being returned. Please double-check your address when placing your order.
- We are unable to re-ship orders returned to us as undeliverable for the reasons stated above, except in the case outlined in clause 1.1.3 above. If you still want to purchase the same item/s, place a new order on our website.
