We will check with our Fulfillment Center to see if modifications are still possible. You will be notified within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the outcome of your request.
- Please understand that if the shipment status has progressed beyond "Label Created" or "Shipment Notification Sent," we may no longer be able to retrieve the package, as it has already left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit. However, we will make every effort to explore possible solutions.
