- Search the vicinity around the delivery spot for your package.
- Inquire if someone else might have received the package, provided it’s safe to do so.
- Check your mailbox and other places where you typically receive mail, as packages might pass through various carriers.
- Inspect the porch.
- Look in the garage.
- Examine exterior doors and other discreet locations where the package could be placed, such as under a mat or at a rear entrance.
- Check with the front desk, reception area, or any receiving section in your building.
- Wait for five business days; occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered up to five days prior to actual arrival.
- If your package is still missing after this period, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you.
