2. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a replacement.
3. All sales are considered final. If you have received a defective or wrong item, or if your order has not arrived after 30 days [excluding shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier's website, like USPS or Canada Post], we will issue a replacement instead of a refund.

Damaged Item
